Soalan Tentang Jamu Seeri
1 Botol ada 30 biji. Amalkan 1 @ 2 biji sahaja sehari. Untuk kesan cepat digalakkan makan 2biji sehari
Untuk kesan yang lebih mantap. saya sarankan amik 2 biji sehari. waktu pagi sebelum sarapan & sebelum tidur. Kalau ada gastrik yang teruk boleh amik lepas sarapan.
– Time pregnant dan period tak boleh makan.
– Kalau minum kafein perlu jarakkan masa 2jam atau kurangkan.
– Jika ada makan ubat atau supplemen perlu jarakkan.
– Penyakit2 kronik contohnya buah pinggang & skit jntng pon tak boleh amalkan Jamu Seeri.
– Yang ada kencing manis dan ambil insulin lebih 2 kali sehari tidak boleh ya. Yang belum ambil insulin boleh amalkan. Cuma jarakkan masa dengan pengambilan ubat sahaja.
Stop makan masa period. Sebaiknya tunggu habis period & tunggu bersih dulu sebab takut mengganggu proses period.
Boleh. Kalau belum mengambil insulin. Cuma jarakkan masa dengan makan ubat sahaja. Yang dah tahap ambil insulin TIDAK BOLEH ya.
Boleh diamalkan untuk wanita 15tahun dan keatas.
Untuk yang tengah mengandung tak boleh. Tapi sangat bagus untuk yang tengah berpantang. Boleh dapatkan untuk masa berpantang nanti.
Lelaki tak boleh makan jamu seeri sebab bahan dalam jamu seeri ni lebih sesuai untuk wanita. Kalau untuk lelaki boleh cuba Jamu Seegak. PM untuk info lanjut.
Untuk cyst boleh makan jamu seeri tapi untuk fibroid tidak digalakkan.
Boleh ambil seeri pada hari ke-14 selepas bersalin. Tetapi tunggu baby habis kuning dulu baru boleh makan jamu seeri.
